Application & Usage :

Hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization system is hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as a sterilizing agent, in a low-temperature environment through the electromagnetic field so that the vaporized hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to form hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plasma state, combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) gas and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plasma indoor items forlow-temperature, drying sterilization, and can be effective in dissociating the residual hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).

2	Cavity structure and material	The cavity structure is rectangular,and the cavity material is 304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥3mm, and the square structure has a longer service life. The glow electric ion mesh is made of aluminum alloy 5052, with a thickness of ≥3mm.
3	Sterilizer inner tank	Hexahedral PTC silicone plate heating, all-round independent temperature control, good thermal conductivity, uniform temperature, and the inner tank is equipped with double protection of sterilization temperature, which effectively ensures the sterilization effect and the safety of equipment and personnel.
4	Sterilization chamber door	A vertical automatic drive lift door is adopted, and the door is equipped with an anti-hand-pinch design safety system to ensure the safety of equipment and medical personnel.
		The new cassette type plasma (picture on the right) has the function of pedal sensor opening and closing the door.
5	Sterilizing agent	It adopts cassettes sealed with hydrogen peroxide of 58% concentration. Each cassette has 12 capsules, and the capacity of each capsule is ≤5ml.
6	Sterilization method	Hydrogen peroxide plasma technology: Hydrogen peroxide online purification technology purifies the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to over 93%, leaving no hydrogen peroxide residue and no impact on the environment
